Guide

An off-meta healer that utilizes the healing capabilities of the bow to the fullest, while also relying on staff for additional utility. Healing Touch has a multiplicative effect, so the more times you stack it the stronger it becomes. Pair that with High Focus's CDR reduction, Blitz's CDR reset, and Flash Arrow's ability to refresh Healing Touch, and you'll be pumping out healing. It outputs great single target DPS through Ensnaring Arrow + Decisive Sniping and AoE damage through Icebound Tomb + Judgement Lightning and Flash Arrow. Icebound Tomb lets you spread frost stacks, spreads Judgement Lightning's damage, and also acts as a huge evasion debuff on the target. Blitz's limit break augment can be used for spikes of healing or damage through its interaction with Healing Touch and Decisive Sniping when not needed for buff uptime. There is a ton of skill expression in how you use your abilities together, just remember that your priority is healing.

This build is very flexible. Chain Lightning is a good filler DPS button for this build, but can substitute it for Salvation Chain for clutch saves. You could drop Chain Lightning and the bind effect from Icebound Tomb to grab Arrow Vortex/Tornado for more CC and damage. If you do not need the healing output you can use your points to turn High Focus into a massive teamwide CDR buff. For the most part though, you want to spam high focus on yourself and then hit Blitz to instantly refresh it when the effect ends for even more CDR. From there it's your choice of Healing Touch for a burst heal, Purifying Touch for a total cleanse, Flash Arrow for more AoE damage/healing, or Decisive Sniping for even bigger single-target damage. Adjust to the scenario and have fun!

Nature's Blessing is a very strong AoE heal that cleanses, reduces the CD when it cleanses, and also heals more on anyone that has a stack of Healing Touch on them. and Purifying Touch also helps top off healthbars and get healing ramping up. As long as you are staying on top of applying Healing Touch and cleansing with Purfiying Touch, you shouldn't struggle with healing the party.

Phantom Snare in the Bow weapon mastery line might also be worth grabbing over Brutal Shooter for additional CC and uptime on your crit chance. Will have to test this.

This is an experimental build and also takes a little while to get going if you run it as the main healer. You NEED to have Blitz and Flash Arrow leveled which will take a while to farm. I will adjust and report my findings as I get into harder content. Even if it doesn't work as a main healer, it is still a VERY powerful DPS that can also output a ton of healing to the team. I would highly recommend waiting until you get Purifying Touch before doing Roaring Temple though. It makes it much easier when you can cleanse the poison/fire and stack up those Healing Touches. It can't be understated just how strong Purifying Touch is outside of the first dungeon.

During boss fights where you can't make use of Icebound Tombs bind, you can substitute it for upgraded Serial Fire Bombs for more damage or Salvation Chain for clutch saves.
