Reville Lupius and Kazar Simosen, after occupying the Kingdom of Solisium, founded the Arkeum Legion to solidify their power. The Arkeum soldiers, with Kazar as their Chief Commander, were merciless enforcers. These troops were equipped with weapons and armor enchanted with black magic, making it seemingly impossible for anyone to oppose them.
