Reville Lupius and Kazar Simosen, after occupying the Kingdom of Solisium, founded the Arkeum Legion to solidify their power. The Arkeum soldiers, with Kazar as their Chief Commander, were merciless enforcers. These troops were equipped with weapons and armor enchanted with black magic, making it seemingly impossible for anyone to oppose them. To this day, many still tremble with fear at the mere sight of their black armor.

These gangs eventually coalesced into a single group, calling themselves the Sandflame Bandits. Even after Stonegard was liberated, they remained as bandits.
