The Mantis Shrimp is a carnivorous crustacean that feeds on small fish. Depending on the shape of pincers, they are categorized as either punch-type and spear-type. They generally live in burrows near the coasts in warm climates. Its two prominent, compound eyes are exceptionally sensitive and can move independently. It's usually found in Talandre's swamps, northern Laslan, and in the valleys east of Stonegard.

The Skipjack Tuna prefers temperate waters and is only active when it rains. It has no scales on most of its body, with blue on its back contrasting its silver sides and belly. It is characterized by a stripe running down its side and small teeth. The Skipjack Tuna often changes its habitat several times during its life cycle. It's usually found in Talandre's swamps, northern Laslan, and in the valleys east of Stonegard.
