2 January 2025 ! Our loyalty service will be getting a new look.
We want to provide better service to many users by reorganising the existing points and point shop.
We would like to inform you about the changes in the following FAQ.

FAQs
Q. Will I still be able to use my purchases made prior to the Loyalty Shop reorganisation?
A. On 2 January 2025 (Thursday), the Points and Points Shop will be reorganised during regular maintenance.
Products purchased before this period will continue to be redeemable as before.
However, the entire Loyalty Shop will be revamped, so you will not be able to purchase the same items after the revamp.
Q. What will happen to my current points?
A. Your current points will not be lost after the reorganisation,
Your current points will be converted to new points after the service reorganisation.
Q. What will happen to my existing tiers?
A. All tiers will be reorganised when the loyalty service is renewed.
At the time of service renewal, all customers will be set to the general tier, and the tier will be calculated based on the points earned since the service renewal. Only points earned since the service renewal will be used as the base for tier calculation, not points earned previously.
Q. How is my points tier calculated?
A. Your tier is calculated based on the number of points you have earned in the last 90 days, which will be retained for 90 days when a new tier is calculated.
If you move up a tier
- If you earn more points within 90 days and meet the requirements for a higher tier, you' ll immediately move up.
- The increased tier will remain in place for 90 days from the date of the newtier.
When your tier retention period ends
- If you don't meet the criteria for 90 days, your existing tier will be retained and recalculated at the end of the period.
Important notice
- After the 2 January 2025 maintenance, all customers' tiers will be recalculated.
- Points earned after the overhaul will count towards the new tier threshold.
Q. How do I earn points?
A. Points are awarded for purchases made with cash (including coins) in Lineage, Lineage 2, Aion, Blade & Soul, TL, and Love Beat (purchases excluding next channeling). Points are also awarded for purchases of "PC Package Games" in the Purple Store. Points will be credited to the actual amount paid (including coins), excluding discounts, and the rate of accrual varies depending on the tier, so please refer to the user guide.
Points will be refunded in the event of a payment cancellation/refund.
Q. When do I earn points?
A. Points are awarded at the time of purchase in each game shop.
The actual time of payment varies by product type and will not be paid if the purchase is cancelled due to a refund.
Please refer to the following for information on when points are awarded for each type of product.
< When purchasing an add-on service
Points will be awarded when the purchased add-on is successfully integrated into the game.
< When purchasing an item
As of 26.01.2011 (Wed), points will be awarded upon receipt of the item on the game server after purchase, in accordance with the cancellation policy.
Points will not be awarded if the item is not received even after the end of the cancellation period (8th day after purchase).
< When purchasing memberships and passes
Points will be awarded at the end of the membership/access period.
If an item is bundled with a membership/access pass, points equal to the value of the item will be awarded upon receipt on the game servers, and the remaining points will be awarded at the end of the period.
However, Love Beat (excluding the following channeling)/PC package games will be paid according to the following criteria.

At the end of the 7-day cooling-off period.
< When purchasing PC packaged games
Payment will be made at the end of the 14-day cooling-off period.
Q. Where can I redeem my points?
A. You can redeem your points for Lineage, Lineage 2, Aion, Blade & Soul, TL, and Love Beat (excluding Next Channeling) in the Point Shop on the game homepage, Purple Launcher, and Purple App.
